For the 7th year in a row, the CEE-SECR conference brings together people from all over the world, who have found their love and passion in Software Engineering, probably the most exciting professional field of the knowledge economy.

The change within our discipline is inherent; the dynamics almost scary. New technologies, tools, products, ideas emerge literally every day. It is almost impossible to follow all the changes without direct contact withcolleagues. And when one has something to share with the community, there is no better way to prove a concept than to present it to the friendly criticisms of fellow professionals.

The CEE-SECR team has designed this event as the stage for researchers and practitioners to learn and share, to discuss and network, to make friends and have fun. With all our hearts, we welcome you and wish you a very successful conference!
